An efficient delivery fleet
At Ardent, we don’t trust our transport to a third party; we take care of all deliveries in-house, with an extensive transport fleet of over 45 vehicles. This massive fleet means Ardent can guarantee next day delivery on all official orders placed by 1pm.
Our delivery vehicles include brand new tri-axle step-frame trailers, featuring innovative fold-forward ramps, which reduce drag and cut fuel consumption by over 15 per cent, to ensure your delivery is not only dependable, but also as efficient and sustainable as possible.
Full service support
Ardent customers also enjoy the full support of our dedicated service team, with over 50 service vehicles on the road across the UK.
Our extensive team of highly qualified engineers work hard to make sure that downtime is kept to a minimum through prompt, efficient service, getting your site back to full operations as quickly as possible.
What’s more, as JCB’s largest customer in Europe, Ardent has priority access to the industry leading JCB service team, and similar arrangements are in place with other major manufacturers, adding hundreds of expert on-call engineers to our back-up operations.
All Ardent depot staff are fully trained and experts in their field, so you can be sure of the best advice every time.
Larger customers will also benefit from an experienced account manager, who provides a single point of contact to coordinate all their hire needs.
