Here at Ardent we recognise the skills that Service Leavers (SL) have gained during their time in the military and how they can be successfully transferred into civilian life.
We encourage applications from all SL regardless of skill set and experience. If you have worked on large plant machinery before then a Workshop or Mobile Engineer role would fit your skill set perfectly. If you haven’t fear not, we take on Trainee Engineers and provide them with all of the hands on experience and technical theory required.
If you are used to driving large machinery or already possess a HGV Class 1 or 2 licence, we have opportunities for drivers across the country.
Already possess excellent leadership skills? Apply to be a Depot Manager and we will support you with all of the industry knowledge to ensure you run a successful depot.
Or if you feel like a complete change we have a variety of different roles including HR, Finance and Customer Services.
