Customer Care Expert (Hire)

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Expert to operate from our Ipswich location. The standard working hours for this role are between 7.30 – 5.00 Monday to Friday on a rotation basis.

The Customer Care Expert provides a supporting role to the National Hire Centre. This role is responsible for providing accurate and valid information to the customer. You will also be responsible for actioning all hire and damage queries within 48 hours, sales orders and parts to site and suspensions as and when required.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Customer Care Expert who shares the same values and can bring a high level of customer service to the role. This role is based at our Ipswich depot.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service via phone and email to both potential and existing customers
  • Solve customer queries with the best possible solution first time round
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships
  • Process orders on the booking system
  • Liaise with clients, depots and business development managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work within relevant pricing and transport matrixes
  • Working hours 7.30am-5pm and 8.30am-6pm

 

 

Ideally, you will possess:

  • Good spoken and written English (minimum GCSE English Language Grade C or equivalent)
  • Experience providing high quality customer service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
  • The ability to be an exceptional team player
  • MS Office skills – including Excel
  • A confident and flexible attitude
  • Ability to manage own workload and multitask during busy periods
